Why are my ice cubes sticking together?

The ice cubes may be left in the water reservoir, and you should stop the machine and restart it when the ice cubes melt.

The "Ice Full" indicator is not on when the ice basket is full

There are two possible situations. One is that the ice full sensor has failed, and you need to contact customer service. The other is that the infrared detection is affected by solid light.

The "ON/OFF" indicator stays solid on and the "CLEAN" indicator flashes

Wait 30 minutes for the ice maker to return to normal. Alternatively, you can press and hold the "CLEAN" button to start cleaning, then press "ON/OFF" to restart after cleaning is complete.

No indicator lights up on the display

The ice maker is not connected to a power source. Another possible situation is that the fuse has blown.

The "Add Water" indicator is on

There is a lack of water; the water floater is stuck.
